Screen Printing Nostalgia for Open House Festival

This summer, to mark the return of Open House Festival to Bangor, I am making a set of limited edition screen prints. They are a reproduction of the festival catalogue's front cover, designed by the talented Tim Farrell. It features an image taken from an old postcard of the Ladies Bathing Place, just past Pickie.
I am using the four colour CMYK process, which can be tricky to get right, so I've been in the workshop testing. Here are a few photos of the process.
Keep your eye out here for more updates. I will be producing an edition of 80 of these posters. 40 of them will have the headline artists on it as well. I will be selling them from my Pink Pod at Project 24, Bangor, and at most of the gigs. However please get in touch if you would like to order yours now!

"Coffee swan"

Yesterday was a very special day for me and my boyfriend.... we had our first 'coffee swan'!!
It was a beautiful morning, we both had some time on our hands, so a short walk from our house brought us down to the local swan pedal boat lake. During the summer holidays this is the place to avoid, but we have the privilege to use it 'off-peak'. And the kind attendant allowed us to bring our coffees on too! What luxury!
