It was a beautiful morning, we both had some time on our hands, so a short walk from our house brought us down to the local swan pedal boat lake. During the summer holidays this is the place to avoid, but we have the privilege to use it 'off-peak'. And the kind attendant allowed us to bring our coffees on too! What luxury!

Yes, it was lovely and quite unexpected! We just took it very slowly, hoping that we might see someone we knew walking past to show off to!!
